圆桌案例:Y 公司是国内大型民营企业,这几年发展可谓如日中天,每年业绩以100%的增速成长,主导产品的市场占有率也在50%以上。在公司经营情况总体向好的情形下,公司总裁却时常觉得有点烦。原因在于公司内小道消息满天飞,一些企业内的非正式组织津津乐道于有关企业内似是而非的东西。比如:公司在外面欠了许多钱,某某市场部的经理拿了公司货款跑了等等,因此极大的影响了企业内的员工士气与团队精神,更可怕的是员工对企业的信心与向心力亦由于小道消息而减弱。
