教给学生良好学习的方法,学生并能掌握其方法,这才是我们教育的真正目的,学生才会受益终生。本文就学校实行“自主互助”式教学模式以来,紧紧围绕培养学生自主学习能力,通过“自主互助”式课堂模式中的学习小组的组建与评价、自学方法的培养、交流方法的培养、讲题能力的培养等方面,逐步培养学生学习能力,实现了学生真正的自主学习,达到了教学效果的最高效。
