苄酞嗪治疗口腔溃疡的效果及其对白细胞的影响

(艹卓)苄酞嗪(Azelastine)是一种抗过敏药,有抑制活性氧产生和稳定细胞膜的作用,故作者等用它治疗口腔溃疡。本文报道其临床疗效和对白细胞的影响。 以复发性口疮性溃疡(RAU)33例,口腔扁平苔藓溃疡6例,放射性和原因不明的溃疡8例患者为治疗对象。其中,男20例,女27例,年龄6～77岁。所有患者病程均在2月以上。每天早晚给予革苄酞嗪各1片口服,连续用药3周以上。以小型RAU患者19例,无特殊疾患的健康者20例作为不用药的对照组。RAU

(艹 Zhuo) Azelastine is an antiallergic agent that inhibits the production of reactive oxygen species and stabilizes the cell membrane, so the authors use it to treat oral ulcers.
