以大花蕙兰‘爱神’♀×虎雪兰‘霞光’♂杂交组培苗为试材,用不同配比的LED光质进行照射,生长一段时间后,对叶片进行叶绿素含量测定,研究LED不同光质配比组合对该种兰花杂交组培苗叶绿素含量的影响,以期为LED光源对植物组织培养的研究提供数据参考和理论依据。结果表明:RBW(红∶蓝∶白)为6∶1∶1处理下,该兰花组培苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b及类胡萝卜素含量极显著高于其余处理,分别为1.224 5、0.738 1、0.144 6mg/g;而2RB(红∶蓝)为2∶1处理下叶绿素含量相对较低,各色素含量分别为0.678 1、0.401 0、0.079 1mg/g。红蓝白复合光最有利于大花蕙兰‘爱神’♀×虎雪兰‘霞光’♂杂交组培苗叶绿素的合成。
