绩效考核是现代企业管理的一种必要手段,新形势下的烟草企业非常有必要进行自上而下的绩效改革,从烟草企业自身特点和优势出发,发挥经济效应,拓宽发展思路。本文所采用的考核方案,是围绕益阳市桃江县烟草公司的岗位特征,逐一细化,统一管理所获得的,将烟草公司员工分为高层管理者、中层管理者、基层工作人员,据他们不同的工作性质来设计他们的考核方案。
