随着社会经济的飞速增长以及科学技术的不断发展,信息化的建设已经成为了施工企业文化建设中的一个重要环节,而做好企业文化建设的创新工作,不仅能够让全体员工更好的维护企业形象,更重要的是能够有效提高施工企业在市场中的核心竞争力。本文主要对信息化文化建设的重要性进行分析,对当代施工企业文化中的问题进行研究,并对企业文化的创新进行探析,以能够更好的促进施工企业的发展。
With the rapid socio-economic growth and the continuous development of science and technology, the construction of informatization has become an important link in the construction of construction enterprises’ culture.
