路面垫层是处于路基和路面之间的重要组成部分,是道路的基础层,具有防水、防裂、防冻、承重等作用,路面垫层施工对于公路施工大局有着重要的影响作用。路面垫层的质量会影响到公路的质量,如果路面垫层施工不当,公路就容易出现路面翻浆和坑洼等问题,会严重影响到公路的正常使用运营,还可能给行车带来安全隐患,所以路面垫层施工是公路施工中极为重要的环节。
