在钽粉生产中,需用高纯金属钠还原氟钽酸钾。因此,为生产厂改进设计和成功调试了钠净化装置。该装置由钠车、贮钠罐、过滤器、冷阱、终贮罐、计量罐、流量控制阀、氩气净化系统、电气控制系统及仪表测量系统组成。工业钠经过该装置净化后,钠中有害杂质含量较低,完全能满足钽粉生产的要求。采用改进的钠净化工艺,使用新的计量和流量控制方法,使产品的质量和产量有了明显的提高。目前,该装置已投入运行,每年可生产100t高纯金属钠。
