本文通过长江干线营运船舶存在的主要问题,结合三峡成库后长江上游船舶发展的现状及趋势,从船舶营运效率、通航环境、节能环保等方面提出了长江上游实现船舶大型标准化的必要性以及实现船舶大型标准化所具备的航道条件及所应采取的对策。
Based on the main problems existing in the operation of vessels along the Yangtze River and the status and trends of the development of the vessels in the upper reaches of the Yangtze after the Three Gorges Reservoir, this paper proposes the necessity of realizing large-scale standardization of ships in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River from aspects of ship operation efficiency, navigation environment, energy saving and environmental protection Waterway conditions possessed by large scale ship standardization and countermeasures to be taken.
