目的通过观察不同剂量普伐他汀联合杏丁注射液早期应用对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂及C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的影响,探讨其对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选择入院后诊断为不稳定型心绞痛的患者118例,随机分为四组,①A组:常规治疗加普伐他汀20mg组30例;②B组:常规治疗加普伐他汀20mg及杏丁组29例;③C组:常规治疗加普伐他汀40mg组28例;④D组:常规治疗加普伐他汀40mg及杏丁组31例。分别在确诊后、治疗后3周检查血脂和CRP的水平。结果与治疗前相比,不稳定型心绞痛患者在分别接受上述治疗后,总胆固醇(Total choles-terol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein-C,LDL-C)、CRP水平均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05)。其中与A组相比,其余三组的血脂、CRP水平均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05),D组的降低水平更为明显(P<0.01);加用杏丁注射液治疗后,高密度脂蛋白(High-density lipoprotein,HDL)水平有所升高,在D组升高尤为明显(P<0.05)。结论不同剂量的普伐他汀均可通过降低血脂及CRP水平来缓解不稳定型心绞痛的症状,达到治疗不稳定型心绞痛的作用,加用杏丁注射液后,其作用更为明显。
Objective To observe the effect of different doses of pravastatin combined with Xingding injection on serum lipids and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris and explore its effect on unstable angina pectoris. Methods 118 patients with unstable angina pectoris after admission were randomly divided into four groups: ①A group: 30 patients received routine therapy with 20 mg pravastatin; ② Group B: 20 mg conventional therapy with pravastatin and Xingding 29 Cases; C group: conventional treatment plus pravastatin 40mg group 28 cases; ④D group: conventional treatment plus pravastatin 40mg and Xingding group of 31 cases. After the diagnosis, respectively, 3 weeks after treatment to check the level of serum lipids and CRP. Results Compared with before treatment, the total choles-terol (TC), low-density lipoprotein-C (LDL-C) and CRP levels in patients with unstable angina pectoris were significantly lower than those before treatment There are different degrees of reduction (P <0.05). Compared with group A, the levels of blood lipids and CRP in the other three groups all decreased to some extent (P <0.05), and the levels in group D were more obvious (P <0.01). After adding Xingding injection, High-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels increased, especially in group D (P <0.05). Conclusions Different doses of pravastatin can relieve the symptoms of unstable angina pectoris by lowering blood lipids and CRP level, and achieve the effect of treating unstable angina pectoris. The addition of Xingding Injection has a more obvious effect.
