目的了解宜兴市托幼机构的消毒质量现状,为提出改进措施提供依据。方法对宜兴市辖区82所托幼机构进行消毒质量监测。空气使用平板沉降法,物体表面、工作人员手使用涂抹法,餐饮具使用大肠菌群纸片法现场采样并送检。结果 2012年宜兴市托幼机构消毒效果监测总体合格率为92.90%,室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手和餐饮具的合格率分别为95.63%,100.00%,95.49%,87.80%。城、乡托幼机构监测合格率分别为91.23%,93.73%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.628,P>0.05);公立或集体所有和私立托幼机构合格率分别为91.77%和94.66%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.185,P<0.05)。结论宜兴市托幼机构的消毒质量处于一般水平。卫生和教育部门应该共同合作,提高托幼机构的消毒质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of disinfection quality of nurseries and nurseries in Yixing and provide the basis for improvement measures. Methods To monitor the disinfection quality of 82 nurseries in Yixing district. Air use plate subsidence method, the surface of the object, the staff hand smear method, tableware using coliform bacteria on-site sampling and submission. Results In 2012, the overall pass rate of disinfection effect monitoring in nurseries in Yixing City was 92.90%. The pass rates of indoor air, surface of objects, staff hands and tableware were 95.63%, 100.00%, 95.49% and 87.80% respectively. The qualified rate of monitoring in urban and rural care institutions was 91.23% and 93.73% respectively, with no significant difference (χ2 = 3.628, P> 0.05). The pass rates of public and collective self-care institutions and private child-bearing institutions were 91.77% and 94.66% , The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 5.185, P <0.05). Conclusion The disinfection quality of nurseries in Yixing City is at a normal level. Health and education departments should work together to improve the quality of disinfection of childcare agencies.
