Strengthening the practice of educating people is a requirement of the times and an important way to achieve the goal of cultivating business English talents. The article explores the construction of practical education system from six aspects of personnel training mode, classroom teaching, training room construction, the second classroom, school-enterprise cooperation and volunteer service.
