测定结果表明,供给甜菜不同量的氮索,对甜菜糖份积累的影响是很大的。高氮促进了茎叶的生长,同时也消耗了大量的光合产物,尽管生物产量提高而经济产最却不高。施用氮索后提高了块根中水份含量,降低了干物质比例,增加了茎叶与根的比值,提高了叶面积指数,叶柄显著增长,根中非蛋白态可溶性氮增加,含糖量和蔗糖纯度下降。测定结果还说明甜菜氮磷营养临界期是在生育前期,而最大吸收期是在七月下旬到八月中旬。
The results show that supplying different amounts of Nitrogen to sugar beet has a great effect on sugar beet accumulation.
