About 3-4% of children suffer from febrile seizures (PC), with a recurrence rate of about 40%. Some factors can increase the risk of recurrence of no fever or febrile seizures, such as the extent of the first episode of FC, the onset of age less than 1 year old, accompanied by complications. The authors’ experience is that the first episode of febrile seizures has fewer opportunities for recurrence than the first episode of febrile seizures. The authors studied the relationship between the level of body temperature at the time of the first episode of FC and the re-attack of FC. PATIENTS AND METHODS Thirty-six children (male 54, female 43) were admitted to the hospital for the first time since 36 months (January 1980 to December 1982). Three of them were born in hospital and two were born with low birth weight. She was born and was born with normal weight and no complications after birth. In order to carry out the study, the author defines the FC as short-term (less than
