对近年收集的部分较大面积种植及有苗头的两系杂交稻组合进行米质性状初步鉴定的结果表明 ,糙米率、精米率、碱消值和蛋白质含量达到了农业部一级优质米标准 ,整精米率、粒长、粒长宽比及直链淀粉含量达到农业部二级优质米标准 ,垩白粒率离农业部优质米标准要求较远 ,但比三系对照组合汕优 63和博优 64分别降低了 3 0 .5和 1 9.2个百分点 ,胶稠度偏硬 ,脂肪含量比对照组合稍高。
The preliminary identification of the rice quality traits of some large-scale and vigorous two-line hybrid rice combinations collected in recent years showed that the brown rice rate, the milled rice rate, the alkali consumption value and the protein content reached the first grade high quality rice standard of the Ministry of Agriculture, The rate of milled rice, grain length, grain aspect ratio and amylose content reached the second grade of high quality rice standard of the Ministry of Agriculture. The chalkiness rate was far from the high quality rice standard of the Ministry of Agriculture. However, compared with the three-line control group, 64 decreased by 30.5 and 1 9.2 percentage points, respectively, with stiff gel consistency and slightly higher fat content than the control combination.
