本文应用多靶单击模型 F(D)=(1-ao)(1-e~(-a_1D))N]+ao 拟合解释~(137)Cs 和~(60)Coγ射线诱发水稻 M_1代损伤效应的照射剂量效应曲线。按建成的标准函数方程,计算出 M_1代苗高、存活率和育性在不同年份对两种γ射线反应的敏感系数。用方差分析检验敏感性变化的差异显著性。结果表明,M_1代三个性状对~(137)Csγ射线反应的敏感性低于~(60)Co γ射线,但无显著差异,同一性状的辐射敏感性在不同年份的差异较显著。此外,~(137)Csγ射线对三个性状产生的辐射效能低于~(60)Co,其相对生物学效应值为0.92±0.13,变化于0.64-1.09之间。
In this paper, the multi-target click model F (D) = (1-ao) (1-e ~ (-a_1D)) N] + ao was used to explain the M_1 generation induced by ~ (137) Cs and ~ Exposure dose-effect curves of injury effects. According to the established standard function equations, the sensitivity coefficients of M_1 generation seedling height, survival rate and fertility in two years were calculated. Variance analysis was used to examine the significance of the difference in sensitivity. The results showed that the sensitivity of three generations of M_1 generation to 137Cs γ-rays was lower than that of ~ (60) Co γ-rays, but there was no significant difference. The radiation sensitivity of the same traits was significantly different in different years. In addition, the radiation efficiency of ~ (137) Csγ ray to all three traits was less than ~ (60) Co, and the relative biological effect was 0.92 ± 0.13, varying from 0.64 to 1.09.
