烟道式余热锅炉汽化烟道是转炉炼钢烟气回收的重要设备,近几年来,随着各大钢厂转炉炼钢节奏的加快,汽化烟道在生产中出现的故障越来越频繁。一般情况下,在使用一年或一年半的时间内受热管弯头及氧枪口部位就出现漏水,迫使厂家需要停产检修,严重时需要更换,不仅浪费了时间,而且给厂家带来了很大的经济损失。为了解决这个问题,人们不得不寻求一种更好的办法,旨在如何提高汽化烟道的使用寿命,本文重点从焊接设备和工艺的更新来提出几点建议,供大家工作中参考。
