目的探讨囊性肾癌的诊断与治疗。方法回顾我院1998年6月～2008年6月经手术证实的15例囊性肾癌,分析其临床表现、影像特点,临床与治疗。结果13例为多囊性肾癌,2例为单囊性肾癌,术前CT诊断12例,超声波诊断9例,15例患者均行肾癌根治术,其中1例在此之前曾行后腹膜腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术。2例术前诊断不明确,行手术探查,病理证实为肾细胞癌。结论囊性肾癌术前诊断有一定难度,影像学检查有较高的诊断价值,但仍有部分尚需手术探查,采用肾癌根治术或肾部分切除术,是治疗囊性肾癌的理想选择。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of cystic renal cell carcinoma. Methods The 15 cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma confirmed by operation in our hospital from June 1998 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical manifestations, imaging features, clinical and treatment were analyzed. Results 13 cases of polycystic kidney cancer, 2 cases of unilateral cystic renal cell carcinoma, 12 cases of preoperative CT diagnosis, ultrasound diagnosis of 9 cases, 15 patients underwent radical nephrectomy, of which 1 had before this Peritoneal endoscopic renal cysts to the top surgery. 2 cases of preoperative diagnosis is not clear, surgical exploration, pathology confirmed as renal cell carcinoma. Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma has a certain degree of difficulty, imaging examination has a high diagnostic value, but there are still some need surgical exploration, the use of radical nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy is the ideal treatment of cystic renal cell carcinoma select.
