近几年来、伤寒杆菌耐药菌株不断出现,而且呈现多重耐药,且后果严重。研究发现,抗药性的发生及传播与R质粒密切相关。本文就这方面的一些进展作一述评。
In recent years, Salmonella typhi resistant strains continue to emerge, and the emergence of multi-drug resistance, and the consequences. The study found that the emergence and spread of drug resistance and R plasmid is closely related. This article reviews some of the progress made in this area.
