干部素质的高低与好坏,事关党和国家的兴衰成败,加强干部尤其是党员领导干部培训,是我们党面对新形势提出的一项重要的战略任务。胡锦涛总书记在“七一”重要讲话中强调,全体党员、干部都要把学习作为一种精神追求,真正做到“学以立德、学以增智、学以创业”。在市县乡党委集中换届的2011年,从中央到地方都高度重视干部培训问题,不仅举办大规模的干部培训活动并形成干部培训模式,还不断推动培训主题与时俱进,贴近社会需求。
The quality and quality of cadres are related to the success or failure of the party and the country. To strengthen the training of cadres, especially party members and leading cadres, is an important strategic task our party has put forward in facing the new situation. In his important “July 1” speech, General Secretary Hu Jintao emphasized that all party members and cadres should regard study as a kind of spiritual pursuit so as to truly “learn from virtue, learn from intelligence, learn from entrepreneurship.” In 2011, when municipal party committees and county committees changed their positions centrally, they all attached great importance to the training of cadres from the central government to local governments. They not only held large-scale cadre training activities and formed cadre training models, but also continuously promoted the training themes to keep pace with the times and close to the needs of the society.
