目的建立测定小儿消食片中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Lichrospher-XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5um),柱温30℃,以甲醇:0.5%冰醋酸溶液(40:60)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为283nm。结果橙皮苷进样量在0.06~12μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992),平均加样回收率为98.50%,RSD=1.53%(n=6)。结论所采用的方法简便、准确、灵敏、稳定性好,可用于小儿消食片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Xiaoer Xiaoshi Tablets. Methods The mobile phase consisted of Lichrospher-XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 30 ℃ and methanol: 0.5% glacial acetic acid (40:60) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 283 nm . Results Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.06 ~ 12μg (r = 0.9992). The average recoveries were 98.50% and RSD = 1.53% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and good stability, and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyi Xiaoshi tablets.
