对全液压平地机两侧驱动轮的同步问题进行研究,提出了同步分流阀解决方法,介绍了方法的工作原理和实现要点;重点分析了带同步分流阀的全液压平地机液压马达防吸空问题,以及同步过程中的控制要点;论述了样机的试验数据曲线。结论:提出的方法切实可行,可为同类全液压传动工程车辆的同步问题提供参考。
This paper studies the synchronization problem of the driving wheels on both sides of the hydraulic grader, puts forward the solution method of the synchronous shunt valve, introduces the working principle and the key points of the method, and analyzes the anti-suction of the hydraulic motor of the full hydraulic grader with synchronous shunt valve Problems, and control points in the synchronization process; discusses the prototype test data curve.
