文章根据定向越野训练的实际情况,运用调查问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、观察法等方法进行研究与分析,阐明了核心力量训练的基本涵义,并在此基础上对定向越野核心力量训练和传统力量训练的区别、核心力量训练对定向越野的主要作用进行理论的研究,提出了在定向越野中核心力量训练的一些建议,从而帮助教练员及运动员更好的认识核心力量训练在定向越野中的重要性,为我国定向越野训练水平的提高打下良好的理论基础。
