目的:研制盐酸氨溴索多单元缓释微丸片。方法:制备含药颗粒,选用中性甲基丙烯酸共聚物(NE30D)作为颗粒膜包衣材料,再将包衣颗粒与适当的崩解剂等辅料混合,压制成片。结果与结论:制备的制剂体外释放度符合要求,质量可控。
Objective: To develop ambroxol hydrochloride sustained-release pellets tablets. Methods: The drug-containing granules were prepared. Neutral methacrylic acid copolymer (NE30D) was selected as the coating material of granular film. The coated granules were then mixed with excipients such as proper disintegrant and pressed into tablets. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The preparation prepared in vitro had satisfactory in vitro release and quality control.
