目的:观察中西药联合应用保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将确诊的55例患者予以中西药联用保留灌肠。结果:经15~20 d的治疗,在临床综合疗效、肠镜下肠黏膜疗效、肠黏膜病理组织学疗效显著。结论:中西药联用保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效理想,且无不良反应。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with retention enema. Methods: The confirmed 55 cases of patients with traditional Chinese and Western medicine retention enema. Results: After 15 to 20 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy, intestinal mucosal efficacy, intestinal mucosal histopathology significantly. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with retention enema is effective and has no adverse reactions.
