随着集团规模的不断扩大,集团总部应如何选择与其所处环境相适合的战略目标来提高企业核心竞争力,从而实现长远发展是集团急于解决的问题。平衡计分卡的出现为战略管理体系的构建提供了强大的支撑。本文利用平衡计分卡来构建并优化了从战略规划流程、战略地图的开发、评价指标选择的整个战略管理体系,提出了基于灰色聚类分析的战略指标筛选思路,这一方法能够有效提高集团KPI指标筛选的合理性,使战略目标的制订更加准确。
With the continuous expansion of the group size, how to choose the strategic target that the group headquarters should adapt to the environment in which it is located so as to enhance its core competitiveness so that the long-term development is eager to solve?
