1986年5月我们在临沧地区耿马县进行了人肉孢子虫病流行情况初步调查,现将结果简报如下。 材料和方法 一、在耿马县城关和孟定镇的市售牛肉中,分部位采集样品,压片镜检。并在解剖镜下剥离出包囊,观察包囊壁突起鉴定虫种。 二、收集耿宣区芒蚌乡和孟定区遮哈乡47名在近40天内有吃生牛肉史者粪便,用硫酸锌离心浮聚法检查孢子囊。
