《中国水利》杂志自今年改为月刊以来,从内容到形式都有所改进。在宣传党和国家关于水利的方针政策、贯彻部党组的工作部署、交流新形势下的工作经验、探索水利改革的道路、介绍水利科技和管理知识、热心为读者服务等各方面,都起到了积极作用。《中国水利》是我部机关刊物。为使这一杂志更好地成为上下联系的纽带,发挥机关刊物的指导作用,《中国水利》必须从目前狭小的报道面和读者圈中摆脱出来,坚持面向水利战线各级干部、科技人员、基层单位职工、
China Water has changed from content to format since its publication in the monthly magazine this year.
