电子文件的管理必须在相应的技术平台上进行,不同类型的管理平台在电子文件的管理方式、工作流程、技术手段、利用方式和管理水平上存在较大的差异。本文立足于电子文件管理的要求与实际需要,对电子管理平台的类型、每一类型的构成要件及可达到的管理水平进行分析,并在此基础上指出建设电子文件管理平台应该考虑的依据与条件。
The management of electronic documents must be carried out on the corresponding technical platform. Different types of management platforms have great differences in the way of electronic document management, work flow, technical means, utilization methods and management level. Based on the requirements and actual needs of electronic document management, this article analyzes the types of electronic management platform, the components of each type and the attainable level of management. On the basis of this, it points out the basis that should be considered in building electronic document management platform condition.
