笔者采用自己研制的快速脱敏止痒痛涂股治疗123例蜂蠓螫伤患者,有效率达98.4%。现将处方、制备方法及用途介绍如下。一、处方盐酸丁卡因2 g,薄荷脑3 g,醋酸地塞米松0.04g,扑尔敏8 g,硫酸庆大霉素40万U,94%乙醇40ml,吐温-80 5ml,聚乙烯醇-124(PVA-124)10g,蒸馏水加至1000ml。二、制备方法 1.取精制PVA-124,加蒸馏水300ml溶胀,加热(90～95℃)并搅拌使溶,冷却至室温,为Ⅰ掖。 2.取扑尔敏、盐酸丁卡因溶解于适量蒸馏水中,加入硫酸庆大霉素,搅拌均匀。再将溶解于适量乙醇中的醋酸地塞米松、薄荷脑及吐温-80在搅拌下依次加入上述药液中,加入蒸馏水使成700ml,为Ⅱ液。 3.在搅拌下,缓缓将Ⅱ液加入到工液中,振摇均匀,即得。三、用途及用法用于治疗蜂蟹伤及蠓蚊、毒虫叮咬所致的剧
