党的十六届三中全会明确提出科学发展观后,理论界反响热烈,纷纷展开了各种角度的解读和研究。我们认为,从哲学角度的解读和研究尤为必要,因为只有从这个角度入手,才能把握科学发展观在党的理论体系中的确切定位,才能真正把科学发展观理解为指导发展的世界观和方法论,也才能够准确地阐明它在马克思主义发展史,特别是马克思主义哲学史中继往开来的历史地位。为此,本刊组织专家学者对这个重要问题从哲学的各个角度展开笔谈,以飨读者。
After the Third Plenary Session of the Party’s 16th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the scientific concept of development, the theoretical circles have received enthusiastic response and have carried out interpretation and research from various angles. In our opinion, interpretation and research from the philosophical point of view are especially necessary because only from this point of view can we grasp the exact positioning of the scientific concept of development in the theoretical system of the party so as to truly understand the scientific concept of development as a world outlook and methodology for guiding development, Only then can it accurately explain its historic status in the history of the development of Marxism, especially in the history of Marxist philosophy. To this end, we organized experts and scholars on this important issue from all philosophical point of view writing to readers.
