在当前金融危机的不利局面下,确保经济增长的关键在于扩大内需,扩大内需的重中之重在于通过增加居民收入提高居民消费率。本文的研究表明,不合理的收入分配结构和过大的居民收入分配差距都与居民消费率低迷之间存在长期的稳定关系,并构成了居民消费率下降的格兰杰原因。同时,居民收入分配差距受到某一外部正冲击后,将对居民消费率产生负向的持续效应。本文最后有针对性的给出了对策建议。
Under the adverse situation of the current financial crisis, the key to ensuring economic growth lies in the fact that the most important thing for expanding domestic demand and expanding domestic demand is to increase the rate of household consumption by increasing the income of residents. The research in this paper shows that there is a long-term and stable relationship between the irrational income distribution structure and the excessive income distribution gap and the downturn in the consumer spending rate, which constitutes the Granger reason for the declining consumption rate of residents. In the meantime, after the external income disparity gap receives some external positive impact, it will have a negative and lasting effect on the household consumption rate. Finally, this article gives some countermeasures and suggestions.
