近年来,尽管中央三令五申,但检查评比项目过多过滥的现象在一些地方仍有屡禁不绝之势,不少基层干部为了迎接一拨又一拨“上面来人”忙得团团转,苦不堪言。其实,检查也好,评比也好,作为了解情况、督促落实、帮助改进工作的一种方式和手段,肯定有其合理的成分。但为何广大干部群众却对此反映强烈,意见很大,个中缘由,值得深思。
