针对矿井输送机纵向撕裂检测方面的难点,即检测过程中漏检或者误检的概率比较高,提出了一种新型的检测方案。该检测方案通过在输送机输送带内部置入双环导线回路,并依据电磁感应原理得到检测信号,最后交由单片机对信息进行处理分析。由于导线内嵌于输送带内部,电磁感应的非接触方式,使该检测方案能够有效地减小外部干扰,达到提高检测精度的效果。
Aiming at the difficulty in vertical tear detection of mine conveyor, that is, the probability of missed inspection or false detection in the detection process is relatively high, a new detection scheme is proposed. The test program by the conveyor belt inside the loop into the double loop, and based on the principle of electromagnetic induction to get the detection signal, and finally to the microcontroller for information processing analysis. Because the wire is embedded inside the conveyor belt, the non-contact way of the electromagnetic induction makes the detection scheme effectively reduce the external interference so as to improve the detection precision.
