我认为从文化现象来说,有企业就有企业文化,从这个角度讲,企业文化不是什么新东西。但从管理的理论、方式和精神文明建设的内容来说,它会有新发展、新成果。因为有企业就有企业文化,所以企业文化的具体内容、作用会有优劣之分。在过去的计划经济时期企业里形成的观念、原则和精神,有的还是好的,如主人翁精神、艰苦奋斗精神等,现在乃至以后仍然还是要坚持。但也有许多不好的,如人多好办事、不讲效益、搞大而全、小而全、吃大锅饭,等等。过去的东西,好的要坚持,不好的要舍弃,但更重要的是我国实行了社会主义市场经济体制,这是一个伟大的创举,大量的新情况、新问题不断涌现,我们的企业文化要与之相适应,难道不需要创新吗?文化创新是提高企业竞争力的无形动力。
