工程造价是对建设工程进行管理的一项基本措施,造价的管理秩序直接影响到整个施工过程,而工程造价控制效果的好坏又受到诸多方面因素的影响,包括立项、设计、施工、竣工等。各个环节之间都存在着密切的联系,所以造价管理控制时应当建立良好的管理思路,这对建设工程施工起着非常重要的作用。本文主要从提高对建设工程的管理对工程造价的影响,进而提出如何更好的对工程造价进行管理,进而怎么样采取切实有效的措施来实施管理。
Project cost is a basic measure to manage the construction project. The management order of the cost directly affects the whole construction process, and the effect of project cost control is affected by many factors, including project establishment, design, construction, completion and so on . All links are closely linked, so cost management control should establish a good management ideas, which plays a very important role in the construction of the project. This paper mainly from the construction project to improve the management of the impact on project cost, and then put forward how to better manage the project cost, and then how to take effective measures to implement management.
