文献资源是一种智力资源。文献资源的开发利用如同能源、信息和矿藏的开发利用,是四化建设和教学、科研研究不可缺少的基础之一。对图书馆来说,文献资源是图书馆履行教育职能、情报职能的前提和物质基础。没有高水平的藏书就不会有高水平的图书馆。因此研究文献资源建设的意义、状况、规律、布局和开发利用是图书情报界共同关心的课题。全国文献资源调查工作会议后,我国首次跨地区、跨系统的文献资源调查工作全面铺开。我馆于1989年3月至7月对我校文献资源建设的状况与问题进行了调查和评估。调查的目的在于了解我校主
Literature resources are an intellectual resource. The development and utilization of literary resources, like the development and utilization of energy, information and mineral resources, are one of the indispensable foundations for the four modernizations and teaching and research. For libraries, the literature resources are the preconditions and material basis for libraries to perform their educational functions and intelligence functions. Without a high level of collection there will be no high level of library. Therefore, the significance, status, law, layout and development and utilization of research literature resources are the topics of common concern to the LIS.
