凡是与 CBD 相关的区域就称泛 CBD。凡是以居住为主的区域就叫“CBD 后花园”、“CBD 后院”。以商业居住为主的板块就是 CBD 商务核心居住区。很多 CBD 周边的项目都以此作卖点。“后院”太多了就沦为口号和标签,但从中还是能感觉到 CBD 周边优质的生活环境和未来蓝图被市场、开发商和购房者所看好。北京策源房地产经纪公司总经理沈杨如是说。2001年9月 CBD 规划方案正式出台以后,北京市政府和朝阳区投入了巨大的财力进行开发建设。其中用于道路、地铁、教育配套等市政设施的建设投入就超过120亿元。这为这个3.99平方公里的商务区发展打下坚实的基础。
