利用流变和电导等实验手段研究了木质素磺酸钠(SL)在浓溶液中的聚集行为,讨论了无机盐(Na Cl、Na2SO4)、尿素及直链醇(甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇)对SL聚集行为的影响.结果表明,无机盐会促使较大SL聚集体的形成,而尿素可破坏聚集体的形成;少量直链醇加入将不利于SL聚集体的形成,但是过量醇的加入又会有利于SL聚集体的形成.从静电、氢键和疏水作用等不同角度对SL在浓溶液中的聚集行为进行了合理解释.
The aggregation behavior of sodium lignosulfonate (SL) in concentrated solution was studied by means of rheological and electric conductivity experiments. The effects of inorganic salts (Na Cl, Na 2 SO 4), urea and linear alcohols (methanol, ethanol, ) On the aggregation behavior of SL.The results show that the formation of larger SL aggregates is promoted by inorganic salts, while the formation of aggregates by urea can be destroyed. The addition of a small amount of linear alcohol will not be conducive to the formation of SL aggregates, The formation of SL aggregates will be facilitated by the addition of SL, and the aggregation behavior of SL in concentrated solution is reasonably explained from the perspectives of electrostatic charge, hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction.
