延安文人,是特殊年代、特殊环境下汇集在陕北一隅的较为特殊的中国知识分子群体。他们是此前中国文人社会角色的继续。又是此后中国知识分子命运的开端。延安文人在建立现代民主国家的理想感召下。他们背叛了家庭,背叛了社会,也在某种意义上背叛了文化传统。将个人浮沉与政党,个人命运与民族国家紧紧地联系在一起,追求社会、政治、道德、文化统一的理想世界。于是在应付战争外力压迫和苏联经验的引导下,形成延安文人置身权力外、体制内、思想中的尴尬处境。延安开始了中国历史上的毛泽东时代。延安文人被卷入整风运动,是长久以来的势在必然,也是一时偶然的越位客串。
Yan’an literati is a special group of Chinese intellectuals brought together in the corner of Northern Shaanxi in special times and special circumstances. They are the continuation of the social role of Chinese literati. It is also the beginning of the fate of Chinese intellectuals since then.
