在亚行和其他援助方的支持下,大湄公河次区域合作取得了一些阶段性成果。但资金投入的限制一直是制约区域经贸合作和成员国、地区发展的重要因素。国际组织在提供资金支持区域合作发展方面一直都扮演着非常重要的角色。通过对国际组织资金的特征和适用性进行分析,将使次区域内成员国政府和私营部门更积极有效地利用国际组织提供的资金发展区内经济。
With the support of ADB and other donors, some synergies have been achieved in the GMS cooperation. However, the restrictions on capital investment have always been an important factor restricting the development of regional economic and trade cooperation and member countries and regions. International organizations have always played a very important role in providing financial support for the development of regional cooperation. An analysis of the characteristics and applicability of the funds of international organizations will enable the governments of member countries in the subregion and the private sector to make more effective use of the funds provided by international organizations to develop the economy in the region.
