本期发表了我们小学老师继续关怀小学毕业生、组织他们自学的文章,这些老师的工作精神和组织自学的经验,是值得大家学习和参考的。但在这个工作中,有下列两点需要注意:一、自学的方式可以各式各样,不应强求一律,同时应当以自学为主,不能办成和学校一样。二、明确自学是为了引导结业生从事劳动生产,而不是引导学生升学。对于从事生产的毕业生来说,应通过自学来钻研生产知识,改造生产技术。对于暂时还不能从事生产的毕业生来说,应通过自学巩固已有的知识,并学习一些实用的知识和技能,为今后从事劳动生产创造更有利的条件。
This issue is published in which we primary school teachers continue to care for primary school graduates and organize their self-study articles. The teachers’ work spirit and self-learning experience of organization are worth learning and reference. However, in this work, the following two points need attention: First, the way of self-study can be varied, should not be indiscriminate, and should be based on self-learning, can not be done the same as the school. Second, a clear self-study is to guide graduates engaged in labor production, rather than guide students to further their studies. For graduates engaged in the production, should be self-learning to study production knowledge, transformation of production technology. For graduates who can not yet be engaged in production for a while, it is necessary to consolidate the existing knowledge and learn some practical knowledge and skills so as to create more favorable conditions for labor production in the future.
