研究了悬浮浇注和Sr变质对A356合金组织性能的影响。结果表明,在A356合金液中加入2%的悬浮剂或加入0.06%Sr(Al-5%Sr中间合金)进行变质,可明显改善合金组织.且力学性能(σb及δ)均能提高20%左右。另外,对重熔冒口回炉料进行悬浮浇注,其组织和性能接近母材。
The effects of suspension casting and Sr modification on the microstructure and properties of A356 alloy were investigated. The results show that adding 2% suspending agent into the A356 alloy liquid or adding 0.06% Sr (Al-5% Sr master alloy) for modification can obviously improve the alloy structure. And mechanical properties (σb and δ) can be increased by about 20%. In addition, remelting riser back to the charge suspension casting, its organization and performance close to the parent material.
