十一月一日至九日,中央文化部、中国戏剧家协会与上海、浙江、江苏两省一市的文化局、剧协分会,在苏州市联合举办昆曲传习所成立六十周年的纪念活动。前来参加纪念活动的有全国许多省、市的戏剧工作者一千余人。文化部副部长吴雪、全国剧协副主席张庚、马彦祥,以及俞振飞、陈沂、黄源、匡亚明、李维、陈超,郭汉城等参加了纪念活动。吴雪在开幕式上,代表中央文化部和全国剧协向十六位“传”字辈老演员赠送了纪念匾,表彰他们对继承和发展昆曲艺术方面的功绩。纪念活动中演出了八台戏,举行了各种类型的座谈会,探讨昆曲剧目和昆曲艺术的继承与发展诸问题,并参观了新辟的“苏州昆剧史陈列馆”,
From January 1 to November 9, the Central Culture Department, Chinese Dramatists Association and the Cultural Affairs Bureau and Drama Association Branch of Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces jointly organized the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Kunqu Transfer Office in Suzhou . More than a thousand theater workers from many provinces and cities came to attend the commemorative activities. Wu Xue, vice minister of the Ministry of Culture, Zhang Geng and Ma Yanxiang, vice presidents of the National Drama Association, and Yu Zhenfei, Chen Yi, Huang Yuan, Kuang Yaming, Li Wei, Chen Chao and Guo Hancheng attended the commemorative activities. At the opening ceremony, Wu Xue presented a commemorative plaque on behalf of the Central Committee of the Chinese Culture and the National Drama Association to the 16 “Biography” senior performers in recognition of their achievements in inheriting and developing Kunqu Opera. During the commemoration, eight troupes were staged and various types of symposiums were held to discuss the inheritance and development of the Kunqu opera repertoire and the Kunqu opera.
