本文介绍了一种滚切蜗轮用的切向刀架,及其加工时的机床调整公式。在这种刀架上可用飞刀或蜗轮滚刀切向进给加工蜗轮,它的特点是结构简单,使用方便。
This paper introduces a tangential tool holder for hobbing worm gear and the adjustment formula of machine tool during machining. In this tool holder can be used to fly or hob cutter tangential feed worm gear, which is characterized by simple structure, easy to use.
