“九·一八”事变是日本以武力侵占中国东北的开始,其中,日本军部发挥了主要的作用,另一方面,日本外务部门也起了非常重要的作用,它通过外交活动,竭力为日本侵占东北进行辩护与开路,促进了侵略战争的不断发展。关于日本外务部门所起的作用,事变期间其在国联的外交活动就可见一斑。
The “September 18 Incident” was the beginning of Japan’s invasion and occupation of northeast China by force. Among them, the Japanese military played a major role. On the other hand, Japan’s foreign affairs department also played a very important role.
