为了消除区段煤柱存在的问题,提高煤炭资源回采率,以常村矿相邻工作面S511和S510为工程背景,提出了上区段运输平巷内构筑充填墙无煤柱开采技术,分析了预筑充填墙无煤柱开采技术原理,确定了充填墙构筑方法与技术关键,给出了充填墙构筑参数确定的原则及过程,采用FLAC~(3D)模拟软件分析了充填墙参数的变化对S510工作面回风平巷围岩变形及其覆岩裂隙扩展的影响规律,确定了充填墙高度为3.5 m,宽度为1.8 m、强度为30~35 MPa。结果表明:采用构筑充填墙无煤柱开采技术应用效果较好,设计的充填墙参数合理,保证了S510工作面回采安全及其回风平巷安全稳定,多采出煤炭资源391 524 t。
In order to eliminate the problems existing in the section pillars and improve the recovery rate of coal resources, based on the engineering background of the adjacent faces S511 and S510 of Changcun Mine, Based on the principle of non-pillar mining technology of prefilled wall, the method and technology of filling wall were confirmed. The principle and process of setting parameters of filled wall were given. The change of filling wall parameters was analyzed by FLAC ~ (3D) simulation software. The influence of the surrounding rock deformation and the crack propagation in overlying strata of S510 working face is studied. The height of filling wall is 3.5 m, the width is 1.8 m and the strength is 30 ~ 35 MPa. The results show that the application of the technology of constructing pillars without pillar of coal pillar has good effect, and the wall filler parameters are reasonable. It ensures the safe recovery of S510 working face and the safety of return airway. More coal resources are 391 524 t.
