本文对产量、平均单果重、单株结果数、可溶性固形物含量、红色素含量五个性状进行了一般配合力和特殊配合力分析。结果表明,除红色素一般配合力显著而特殊配合力不显著外,其余四个性状无论在模型Ⅰ或模型Ⅱ都显著。表明红色素含量这个性状主要是基因累加效应,而产量等性状既有累加效应又有非累加效应。根据估算遗传力来看,红色素含量、可溶性固形物遗传力比较高,而产量、平均单果重、单株结果数的遗传力比较低。所以对红色素、可溶性固形物在早期世代可进行选择,而单果重、单株结果数、产量在后期世代加以选择效果更理想。
In this paper, the analysis of general combining ability and special combining ability of five traits including yield, average fruit weight, fruit number per plant, soluble solid content and red pigment content. The results showed that, except for the general combining ability of red pigment was significant and the special combining ability was insignificant, the other four traits were significant both in model Ⅰ and model Ⅱ. This indicates that the trait of red pigment is mainly the gene accumulation effect, while the traits such as yield have additive and non-additive effects. According to the estimated heritability, the red pigment content, soluble solid heritability is relatively high, but the yield, the average fruit weight, the number of heritability per plant is relatively low. Therefore, red pigment, soluble solids in the early generations to choose from, and single fruit weight, number of plants per plant, the yield in the later generations to choose more effective.
