辽宁铁岭县建筑设计室郑钊同志来信问:《建筑结构荷载规范》(GBJ9—87)第2.2.3条谈及,荷载效应系数为结构或构件中的效应(如内力、应力等)与产生该效应荷载的比值,可按结构力学方法确定。对这个荷载效应系数不知应如何确定。下面谈谈有关这方面的问题。 对于荷载基本组合,荷载效应组合的设计值S应按下式确定:
