患者,女,3岁。腹部肿块进行性肿大1年就诊。外科情况:腹部膨隆,肤色正常,腹壁静脉显露。上自剑突、下至耻骨联合可扪及肿块28cm×22cm,质中,轻压痛,实验室未查AFP。 超声听见:腹部混合性包块,以液性暗区为主,暗区中不同走向分隔光带伴不均匀光点和光斑。 CT所见:腹内见巨大不均匀密度肿块,跨上中下腹,大小约22cm×11cm×19cm,呈多囊状,囊内液CT值在37～40Hu之间,囊周片状、带状、结节状软组织密度影,CT值在47～54Hu之间(附图)。未行增强扫描。
Patient, female, 3 years old. Abdominal mass swelling 1 year treatment. Surgical conditions: bulging abdomen, normal skin color, abdominal veins revealed. From the xiphoid, down to the pubic symphysis palpable mass 28cm × 22cm, quality, mild tenderness, the laboratory did not check AFP. Ultrasound heard: mixed abdominal mass, mainly to liquid dark areas, dark areas in different directions to separate the light with uneven spots and spots. CT see: intra-abdominal see a huge uneven mass, across the lower abdomen, the size of about 22cm × 11cm × 19cm, was multi-cystic, intracapsular fluid CT value between 37 ~ 40Hu, cystic capsule, strip , Nodular soft tissue density, CT value between 47 ~ 54Hu (with photos). No enhanced scan.
